摘要

[目的]研究不同品种烤后烟叶外观质量、常规化学成分和感官质量的差异.[方法]通过研究同一生态环境下5个品种烤烟烤后烟叶外观质量、物理特性和常规化学成分,分析其对环境的适应性.[结果]5个品种烤后烟叶外观质量差异达显著水平,HB061品种表现较好,在颜色、成熟度、叶片结构、色度4个指标方面均优于其他品种;常规化学成分不同品种之间差异显著,HB061的钾含量相对较高,还原糖、总糖、烟碱含量均在优质烟叶范围内,最符合优质卷烟的要求;物理特性方面,HB061在叶面密度、拉力、平衡含水率等方面均优于其他品种;烤后烟叶外观质量与物理特性的相关性分析表明,烟叶的外观质量与物理特性存在明显的相关关系.[结论]该研究为进一步筛选能提高曲靖烟叶质量、卷烟工业可用性和多样性,彰显曲靖烟叶特色的烤烟品种提供理论依据.

Abstract

[Objective]To study differences in appearance quality, conventional chemical composition and sensory quality of different varieties of roasted tobacco leaf.[Method]Through the study of appearance quality, physical properties and chemical components of 5 varieties of flue-cured tobacco leaf in the same ecological environment, its adaptability to the environment were analyzed. [Result]The difference of appearance quality of 5 varieties of flue-cured tobacco reached significant level, HB061 performed better in color, maturity, leaf structure, chroma;Routine chemical components between different varieties differed significantly, potassium content of HB061 was relatively high, content of reducing sugar, total sugar and nicotine were in the range of high quality tobacco leaves, which met the requirements of high quality cigarette; HB061 in leaf density, tensile strength, equilibrium moisture content were better than other varieties;Correlation analysis of appearance quality and physical characteristics showed that the appearance quality and physical characteristics of tobacco leaves had obvious correlation.[Conclusion]The study provides theory basis for screening flue-cured tobacco varieties that can improve tobacco quality, cigarettes industrial availability and diversity, and show the features of tobacco leaves.
