摘要

[目的]探讨利用亚心形四爿藻对海水中重金属离子进行生态净化的可行性.[方法]以亚心形四爿藻为原料,在其培养液中加入Pb(NO3)2、HgCl2、K2Cr2O7、CdO 4种重金属离子,通过观察亚心形四爿藻的生长状况和重金属离子的浓度变化情况,研究最适宜的亚心形四爿藻净化浓度.[结果]当亚心形四爿藻浓度达到104个/mL时,藻体基本能够正常生长.在4种离子中,HgCl2对亚心形四爿藻毒性最小,且其对HgCl2的净化效果较为理想.[结论]该研究可为净化污染海水提供科学依据.

Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the feasibility of ecological purification of heavy metal ions in seawater by Etraselmis subcordiformis.[Method]Using Etraselmis subcordiformis as raw material, adding Pb(NO3)2, HgCl2, K2Cr2O7, CdO in culture solution.By observing the growth of Etraselmis subcordiformis and the concentration of heavy metal ions, the optimum concentration of Etraselmis subcordiformis was studied.[Result]Etraselmis subcordiformis can grow normally when the concentration of algae reach to 104 cell/mL.HgCl2 has the minimal toxicity to algae in the four kinds of ions and the purification effect of HgCl2 is more ideal.[Conclusion]The study can provide scientific basis for purifying water pollution.
