摘要
动物双歧杆菌是一种常用的益生双歧杆菌菌株,常以益生菌的形式添加到乳制品和其他食品中.该研究就动物双歧杆菌基因组的最新研究进展、重要功能基因和比较基因组进行了综述,以期进一步推广应用该菌株.
Abstract
Bifidobacterium animals are probiotic strains which were commonly used in commerce, added into dairy and other products.This paper reviewed the recent research progress, important functional genes and comparative genome of B.animals genome, in order to further apply the strains.
