上海市农民宅基地置换思考与探索——以奉贤区四团镇为例

摘要
通过对上海市奉贤区四团镇农民宅基地置换案例的剖析,指出了安置方式单一、宅基地置换资金收支不平衡、置换后农民权益保障不足等问题,给出了探寻多元化安置方式、搭建资金平台、完善后续保障体系等有效的解决方法及途径.
Abstract
Through thinking and exploration on the homestead replacement of Situan Town of Fengxian District, we pointed out some potential problems as followed: single replacement way;the exchange funds of homestead replacement was unbalanced;farmers' rights and interests are inadequate after homestead replacement.Some effective solution methods were put forward as followed: exploring multiple placement methods;building fund platform;improving the follow-up guarantee system.
