摘要

大力推广膜下滴灌水稻种植技术是解决干旱和半干旱地区水稻种植缺水问题,提高水稻种植的综合经济效益,实现农业现代化和产业结构调整的一项重要战略举措.随着企业知识产权意识不断加强,企业科技实力的竞争越来越表现为专利技术的竞争.为及时了解国内外地区企业和个人在该技术上的研究和专利布局情况,对2005-2015年近10年国内外膜下滴灌水稻种植技术相关专利进行分析,并提出相应的专利战略.

Abstract

It's significant to promote the development of plastic mulch-covered rice with drip irrigation planting technology.This technology could reduce the limitation of planting area for rice.With the strengthening of intellectual property protection consciousness, the protection and strategy study of patents are more and more important for the competition of enterprises.In order to figure out the research fields and patent distribution of the technology in different countries and regions timely, the domestic and foreign patents of the early ten years from 2005 to 2015 were analyzed in this study.And suggestions of the patent strategy for enterprises and countries were put forward.
