现代农业经营与产业扶贫模式创新——以绵阳市宝华生猪养殖有限公司为例

摘要
介绍了绵阳市宝华生猪养殖有限公司转型升级、精细管理的内部经营模式,以及与其他类型经营主体的合作经营、产业扶贫的外部经营模式.对这种创新经营模式高效生产、节约成本、多方受益的特点和独特的运行机制进行阐述,总结得出新型经营模式的关键与成效,并提出发展建议,以期对我国农业企业在进行现代农业经营的同时参与农村扶贫具有借鉴意义.
Abstract
The internal management mode of transfomation and upgrading and refined management, the external mode of cooperative management and industrial poverty alleviation of Mianyang Baohua Pig Breeding Co.Ltd.was intruducted.The traits of production efficiency, costs saving and multi benefit,as well as the unique operating mechanism was demonstrated.The key and effect of the new types management mode was summerized and the develop suggestion was put out.It hoped to provide reference value for modern agricutural management and rural poverty alleviation to agricutural enterprises in China.
