产业链视角下的杂粮品牌建设思路与对策
Contained Brand-building Ideas and Countermeasures of Coarse Grains Based on the Industrial Chain Perspective

摘要
从杂粮产业链的各个环节出发,剖析杂粮品牌建设中存在问题,探讨品牌建设思路,并从4个环节出发提出了相应的解决对策:延伸价值链长度,提升产品附加值;提升组织链的紧密度,提高品牌建设效率;提高信息链流通速率,提升品牌建设的进度;完善物流链及其周边环节的组建,带动品牌建设走上正轨.
Abstract
Based on the coarse cereals in each link of the chain, we analyzed grains brand problems existing in the construction, brand-building ideas, and proposed solutions for departure from four links: extending the value chain length, product added value;enhancing organizational chain tightness, improve the efficiency of brand building;improving information flow rate, brand-building progress of improve the logistics chain and its surrounding aspects of form, leading brand on track.
