摘要
结合新时代下食品质量与安全专业的培养方案与要求,对食品安全控制技术课程的教学目标、教学内容及教学方法进行了改革与探索,以期提高教学的质量与效果,培养出高水平的专业人才,为切实保障食品质量与安全做出贡献.
Abstract
Under the new era of food quality and safety professional training plan and requirements, the teaching target, content and method of Food Safety Control Technique curriculum were reformed and explored to improve the teaching quality and effect, cultivate a high level of professional talents and ensure the food quality and safety.
