摘要
[目的]研究不洁贮藏对葡萄果肉衰老相关基因表达的影响.[方法]以巨峰葡萄果实为材料,应用实时荧光定量PCR技术对不同处理的相对表达量进行测定.[结果]ACC氧化酶基因、ACC合成酶基因、苯丙氨酸解氨酶基因表达量明显上调;脱落酸调控基因表达量明显下调.[结论]该试验为从基因水平上研究葡萄保鲜机理奠定了基础.
Abstract
[Objective] To study the effect of unclean storage on senescence-related gene expression in grape pulp.[Method] The relative expression of different treated genes was determined by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR with Kyoho grape fruit as material.[Result] The expression of ACC oxidase gene,ACC synthase gene and phenylalanine ammonia lyase gene were significantly up-regulated.The expression of abscisic acid-regulated gene was down-regulated.[Conclusion] The experiment laid the foundation for the study of grape preservation mechanism from the genetic level.
