摘要
[目的]研究桐油处理对竹材抗老化性能的影响.[方法]分别以金竹和楠竹为研究对象,研究桐油浸泡处理的2种竹材在WCA-MA 6循环加速老化完成后,其抗拉强度、抗压强度、抗拉弹性模量的变化,用4种指标的平均保留率来揭示桐油对竹材抗老化性能的影响.[结果]虽然2种竹材的力学性能有一定差异,但在加速老化试验完成后2种竹材的抗压强度和抗拉弹性模量的保留率均很高,同时桐油处理试件的抗拉强度和抗压弹性模量的保留率与未经桐油处理的相比有所降低.[结论]桐油处理对评判竹材抗老化性能关键指标抗压强度提高最为明显,而难以提高其在加速老化环境下的抗拉强度和抗压弹性模量.在竹结构设计工作中,这些力学性能指标可为桐油处理后竹材抗老化性研究提供参考依据.
Abstract
[Objective] To study effect of tung oil treatment on anti-aging property of bamboo.[Method] Taking Phyllostachys parvifolia and Phyllostachys pubescens as the research subjects,the changes about the bamboo's tensile strength,compressive strength,tensile modulus and compressive elastic modulus of two kinds of bamboo oil soaked with tung oil in WCAMA six accelerated cycle aging were studied.The average retention rate of the indexes were used to evaluate the aging resistance of the spacimens immersed by tung oil.[Result] The results showed that although the mechanical properties of the two kinds of bamboo are different,the compressive strength and tensile modulus of the two kinds of bamboo are very high after the accelerated aging test.The tensile strength and the retention ratio of the compressive elastic modulus of the treated tung oil samples are lower than those without tung oil treatment.[Conclusion] The treatment of tung oil treatment is the most important indicator to evaluate the anti-aging performance of bamboo,and the compressive strength is the most obvious,but it can not improve the tensile strength and compressive modulus in the accelerated aging environment.In the design of bamboo structure,these mechanical properties can provide reference for the study of anti-aging of bamboo treated with tung oil.
