食品安全公众满意度统计分析——基于浙江省食品安全示范城市调查

摘要
构建了食品安全公众满意度评价体系,以国家食品安全示范市杭州、宁波、绍兴为例进行调查,提取了食品质量状况、政府监管和有害物质3个公共因子,对食品安全公众满意度进行统计分析,结果表明,食品安全公众满意度得分为73.4分,其中男性得分高于女性、农村高于城区,食品添加剂等指标对城市公众食品安全满意度有负向关系.
Abstract
We built an evaluation index system of the satisfaction degree on food safety,via questionnaires and surveys of national food safety model city including Hangzhou,Ningbo and Shaoxing,withdraws 3 public factors which were food quality,government regulation,harmful substances,the satisfaction degree on food safety was analyzed.The results showed that the food quality score was 73.44.The score from men was higher than women,the score from rural areas was higher than urban areas.Besides,there was a negative relationship between the degree of public food safety satisfaction and the index of food additives.
