不同驱动力下土地利用变化对农户福祉的影响

摘要
采用农户问卷和参与式农村评估的方法,对山东省临沂市探沂镇、南通市开屏村、江苏省南京市锁石村3地农户福祉进行评估,分别研究以经济、生态和政策为主导驱动力下的土地利用变化对农户福祉的影响.结果表明:不同驱动力主导的土地利用转变各具特点,通过不同的路径影响农民的福祉.经济为主要驱动力时,农户收入的提高伴随着环境污染和耕地减少带来的严重粮食安全问题;政策为主要驱动力时,农村整体环境质量改善,但是经济发展疲乏与不合理的征地补偿政策带来农户福祉的降低;生态为主要驱动力时,当地生态系统服务能力整体提升,但是仍然存在着粮食安全问题.
Abstract
Using household questionnaire and participatory rural assessment,the well-being of farmers in the town of Tanyi,Suoshi and Kaiping were evaluated.The land use change under the driving force of economy,ecology and policy was studied respectively.The results showed that:the land use changes under the different driving forces have different characteristics,which could affect the well-being of farmers in different ways,reflecting a variety of positive and negative social,economic and ecological efficiency.When the economy was the main driving force,the increase of farmers' income was at the cost of destroying the environment and the serious food security problems caused by arable land shrinking.When the policy was the main driving force,the overall environmental quality of the rural areas was improved,but the weak economic development and the unreasonable land expropriation compensation policy caused the well-being of farmers decrease.When the ecology was the main driving force,the local ecosystem service capacity got overall improvement,but the food security issue was still existence.
