摘要

[目的]探讨洋姜的最佳光响应曲线拟合模型,为洋姜的生理生态研究提供参考.[方法]以洋姜为试验材料,采用Li-6400光合仪测定洋姜的光响应曲线.[结果]综合比较洋姜光响应各模型对应的拟合情况及估计的相关生理数据,得出直角双曲线改进模型(MRH)优于非直角双曲线模型(NRH)、直角双曲线模型(RH)、指数改进模型(MEM)与指数模型(EM).根据MRH计算出洋姜最大净光合速率(Pmax)与饱合光强(LSP)分别为27.98μmol/(m2·s)和1 998.78 μmol/(m2·s),均与实测值最接近.[结论]洋姜光响应的最佳拟合模型为MRH.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to explore the optimal model of Jerusalem artichoke's photosynthesis light response curve and provide a reference for the study light-response curve and the application of physiological and ecology of J.artichoke.[Method] Photosynthesis light response curve of J.artichoke was tested by using the Li-6400.[Result] Comprehensive comparison each model fitting value and physiological parameters of J.artichoke,it could find that the Modified rectangular hyperbola model(MRH) was better than Exponential model,Nonrectangular hyperbola model,Modified exponential model and Rectangular hyperbola model.According to the MRH,the light saturation and the maximum net photosynthetic rate were 1 998.78 μmol/(m2 ·s) and 27.98 μmol/(m2 ·s),respectively,which fitted the measured values closest.[Conclusion] So the MRH is optimal modal for describing J.artichoke's light-response curve.
