摘要
[目的]建立凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)-气相色谱法测定蔬菜中抑菌灵残留量的方法.[方法]样品用环己烷-乙酸乙酯(1:1,V/V)提取,GPC净化,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)检测.[结果]抑菌灵在0.01~1.00 mg/L时线性关系良好(R2 =0.999 3),方法检测限(S/N=3)为0.32 μg/kg.在0.01、0.02、0.04 mg/kg添加水平下,加标回收率为74.7% ~95.7%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.5% ~3.5%.[结论]该方法适用于蔬菜中抑菌灵残留量的测定.
Abstract
[Objective] A method for determination of dichlofluanid residue in vegetables by gel permeation chromatography and gas chromatopraphy was developed.[Method] Samples were extracted with cyclohexane-ethyl acetate (1∶ 1,V/V),and then detected by GC-ECD after being cleaned up with GPC.[Result] It turned out that dichlofluanid showed a good linearity over the range of 0.01-1.00 mg/L with correlation coefficient of 0.999 3.The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.32 μg/kg.The recoveries of the dichlofluanid were in the range of 74.7%-95.7% with the spiked levels of 0.01,0.02 and 0.04 mg/kg,and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were in the range of 0.5%-3.5%.[Conclusion] The method is suitable for detecting dichlofluanid residue in many kinds of vegetables.
