摘要

[目的]测定竹笋中的18种元素.[方法]利用微波消解-电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)方法同时测定竹笋中Zn、Ca、Fe、Cu、Al、Mn、Mg、B、Ba、Cr、Ni、As、Se、Mo、Ag、Cd、Sb、Pb这18种元素.[结果]该方法检出限在0.004~1.078 μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD值在1.05% ~3.79%,回收率在88.1%~106.5%,竹笋中富含有益元素,有毒元素含量均在国家食品安全限量范围内.[结论]该方法简单快速,灵敏度和准确度高,满足竹笋18种元素的同时测定.

Abstract

[Objective] 18 elements in bamboo shoot were comprehensively analyzed.[Method] Simultaneous determination method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with microwave digestion of 18 elements including Zn,Ca,Fe,Cu,Al,Mn,Mg,B,Ba,Cr,Ni,As,Se,Mo,Ag,Cd,Sb,Pb in bamboo shoot was established.[Result] The detection limit was in a range of 0.004-1.078 μg/L,the RSD was in a range of 1.05%-3.79 %,and the recovery rate was in a range of 88.1%-106.5%.Bamboo shoot were rich in beneficial elements,toxic elements were lower than the national security limited values.[Conclusion] This method was simple,fast,highly reliable and precise,which could meet the requirements for simultaneous determination of 18 elements in bamboo shoot.
