摘要
[目的]研究辣木叶醇提物对血清尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cre)、血尿素氮(Bun)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)以及肝脏黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)的影响.[方法]连续7d灌胃给予辣木叶醇提物和别嘌呤醇(0.01 g/k),诱导小鼠产生高尿酸血症,对比各组小鼠血清中UA、Cre、Bun、XOD和ADA的含量变化.[结果]与模型组比较,辣木叶提取物的低、中、高剂量组(1.0、2.0、4.0 g/kg)均可降低高尿酸血症小鼠UA、Cre、Bun、ADA、XOD的水平.[结论]辣木叶醇提物具有降尿酸作用,抑制XOD活性是其降低高尿酸血症小鼠血清尿酸水平的机制之一.
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of M.oleifera leave extract (MOLE) on the level of serum uric acid (UA),creatinine(Cre),blood usea nitrogen(Bun),adenosine deaminase (ADA) and liver xanthine oxidase (XOD).[Method] Intragastric administration of MOLE(1.0,2.0,4.0 g/kg)and allopurinol(0.01 g/kg) for 7 days,the level of UA,Cre,XOD and Bun in hyperuricemia mice induced by potassium oxonate was respectively analyzed.[Result]Compared with model group,each dosage group could degrade the levels of serum UA,Cre,Bun,ADA and XOD activities in hyperuricemia mice.[Conclusion]The MOLE could obviously reduce the level of serum uric acid,and the effect is related to its inhibition of hepatic XOD activities.
