摘要
从致灾因子危险性、孕灾环境敏感性、承灾体易损性、防灾减灾能力4个方面着手,按照暴雨洪涝灾害风险区划技术规范要求,采用加权综合与自然断点法等方法,开展了淳安暴雨洪涝灾害风险评估及区划,并绘制了暴雨洪涝灾害风险区划图.结果表明,汾口、中洲、大墅镇和鸠坑、浪川乡为极重度风险区,梓桐、临岐、威坪、枫树岭镇和安阳乡为重度风险区,其余为中度以下风险区.
Abstract
From the four aspects of the risk of disaster-causing factors,the sensitivity of the disaster environment,the vulnerability of the disaster-bearing body,the ability of disaster prevention and mitigation,according to the technical requirements of the storm and flood disaster risk zoning,using weighted synthesis and natural breakpoint method,the risk assessment and zoning of storm and flood disaster in Chun'an were carried out,and the risk zoning map of storm and flood disaster was drawn.The results showed that Fenkou,Zhongzhou,Dashu Town and Jiukeng,Langchuan Township were extremely heavy risk areas;Zitong,Linqi,Weiping,Fengshuling and Anyang Township were heavy risk areas,and the rest were mild to moderate-risk areas.
