南京市城乡居民风险性资产配置差异分析
Difference Analysis of Risk Asset Allocation of Urban and Rural Residents in Nanjing

摘要
随着经济的发展和家庭财富的积累,人们的投资目标发生了变化,投资选择的增加促进了资产配置组合的多样化,金融产品的多样化促进了家庭资产组合中风险性资产的增加.以2016年江苏省南京市437户城乡家庭金融数据为依据,分析了南京市城乡居民股票、民问借贷等风险性资产配置的差异及原因,探讨了房产对城乡家庭风险性资产配置的影响.进一步根据城乡金融环境的不同,提出改善城乡家庭风险性资产配置的政策建议.
Abstract
With economic development and wealth accumulation of family,investment objective of persons was changing.The increasing of investment choice improved diversification of asset combination.Financial products' diversification promoted the increase of risk asset of family portfolio.Based on the finance data of 437 urban and rural families in Nanjing,Jiangsu in 2016,the differences of risk asset allocation such as stock,folk debit and credit,of urban and rural residents in Nanjing and its reasons were analyzed.The effect of house property on family risk asset allocation was studied.According to difference of urban and rural financial environment,the auggestion was put forward to improve urban and rural family risk asset allocation.
