摘要
农田土壤受人类活动影响严重,应当重视对土壤污染的防范与治理,尤其要重视法律在土壤污染防治中的应用.介绍黑龙江省的土壤污染现状,分析黑龙江省农田土壤防治的法律现状,指出其存在的问题,提出完善黑龙江省土壤污染防治法律的建议,以指导该省土壤污染防治.
Abstract
The farmland soil was affected by human activity seriously.We should pay attention to preventing and governing of soil pollution,especially,emphasized the application of farmland soil pollution control law.The present situation of soil pollution was introduced in Heilongjiang.The situation of farmland soil pollution control law was analyzed.And problems of the law were pointed out.Suggestions on improving farmland soil pollution control law were put forward to guide soil pollution control in Heilongjiang.
