现代农业园区建设的脱贫策略探讨——以苍溪县黄猫垭现代农业园区为例

摘要
我国现代农业园区的发展已取得初步成效,伴随国家脱贫攻坚行动的开展,现代农业园区建设成为落后地区脱贫的重要途径.以苍溪县黄猫垭现代农业因区建设为例,通过调研分析黄猫垭的自然资源和社会发展条件以及当地农村、农业发展现状,阐明黄猫垭建设现代农业园区的优势和内容,探讨其建设过程中的脱贫策略,旨在为四川穷困地区的农村、农业发展和农民脱贫增收提供有益参考.
Abstract
The development of modem agricultural parks in China have attained preliminary success.With the out of poverty action being carried out,construction of modern agricultural park became one of the most important ways of getting rid of poverty in backward area.Taking Huangmaoya modern agricultural park in Cangxi as the example,based on the investigation of natural resources,social development conditions and present situation of its villages and agriculture,construction strengths and details were expounded.Poverty reduction strategy was discussed in construction process to provide useful reference for developing rural and agricultural region,increasing peasants' income and getting rid of poverty in Sichuan poor areas.
