发酵工程与设备课程教学改革探索

摘要
结合发酵工程与设备课程的教学改革与实践,对该课程教材的选用、教学内容的更新、教学方法与教学模式的优化、实验教学的优化等问题进行了简要分析,探索发酵工程与设备课程教学改革的思路.
Abstract
According to the teaching information and practice research of Fermentation Engineering and Equipment,the selection of teaching material,updating of teaching content,optimization of teaching model and practice teaching were analyzed for researching innovation of Fermentation Engineering and Equipment.
