引入实务导师在食品工程硕士培养过程中的作用探讨

摘要
结合在食品工程硕士培养过程中引入实务导师制度的实践,以有效的案例呈现了实务导师制度实施的过程,通过剖析和总结实务导师制度在硕士生培养中的导入、实行方式、作用和效果等,提出制度实施需要遵循的基本原则,指出实施方法的关键,旨在为理工科,特别是食品专业硕士生培养过程中实务导师制度的发展提供借鉴意义.
Abstract
Combining with practice of tutorial system in the training of master of food engineering,the implementation process of practical tutor system was presented in combination with effective examples.Through the analysis and summary of the practice of tutor system in postgraduate cultivation in the introduction,implementation method and function and effect,basic principles of implementation of the system needs to follow was put forward,the key to the implementation method was presented.It will be of reference significance for the development of practical tutor system in the training of master of science and engineering,especially in Food Major.
