摘要
[目的]建立一种能适用于现场快速检测Cu2+的方法.[方法]以纳米金颗粒(AuNPs)为基础制备检测探针,构建可视化检测莲藕中重金属Cu2+的快速检测体系.[结果]AuNPs比色检测法对Cu2+选择特异性强,通过肉眼可视从而快捷、准确地进行快速检测,莲藕样品中各个水平的加标回收率的结果在86.0%~94.4%,检测效果稳定.[结论]研究可为莲藕中重金属的快速检测提供参考.
Abstract
[Objective] To develop a method for rapid detection of copper ions on site.[Method] The detection probes were prepared on the basis of gold nanoparticles,the rapid detection system for visual detection of heavy metal Cu2+ in lotus was constructed.[Result] The result showed that AuNPs colorimetric assay has a strong selectivity for Cu2+,and it can be quickly and accurately detected by the naked eye.The results of spiked recovery rate were from 86.0% to 94.4%,the detection results were stable.[Conclusion] The study can provide reference for rapid detection of heavy metals in lotus.
