摘要
[目的]探讨13.5%甲维盐·氟铃脲水分散颗粒剂的配方.[方法]采用对比试验,以水分散剂的理化性能指标为评价依据,通过配方筛选研究13.5%甲维盐·氟铃脲水分散颗粒剂所需分散剂、润湿剂、填料的品种和用量.[结果]13.5%甲维盐·氟铃脲水分散颗粒剂配方为:甲维盐有效成分为6%,氟铃脲有效成分7.5%,1.0%VY-115,6.0%NNO,1.0%十二烷基硫酸钠,2.0%六偏磷酸钠,30.0%硫酸铵,玉米淀粉补齐.[结论]13.5%甲维盐·氟铃脲水分散颗粒剂配方可供产业化生产.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to explore the formulation of 13.5% emamectin benzoate·hexaflumuron WDG.[Method] The varieties and dosages of surface active agents like wetting dispersant agent,packing were determined by comparison tests under physicochemical performance indexes of suspension concentrate.[Result] The reasonable formulation components of 13.5% emamectin benzoate·hexaflumuron WDG were 6% emamectin benzoate,7.5% hexaflumuron,1.0% wetting dispersant agent VY-115,6.0% NNO,1.0% sodium dodecyl sulfate,2.0% sodium hexametaphosphate,30.0% ammonium sulfate,the remain was corn starch.[Conclusion] The formulation of 13.5% emamectin benzoate·hexaflumuron WDG is confirmed reliable and stable by verification test,and applicable for industrialization.
