基于SWOT分析的土地托管模式研究——以山东省潍坊市为例

摘要
运用SWOT矩阵分析思路,对山东省潍坊市土地托管模式进行了实证研究,对潍坊市土地托管的优劣势和面临的机遇、挑战进行剖析,并通过两两组合,形成SO、WO、ST、WT 4种战略.结果表明,SWOT对于土地托管模式分析的效果显著,土地托管应在尊重农户意愿的前提下,加大政府的支持力度,完善合作社组织体系,探索更多适合于农户的托管模式,促进合作社和农户的双赢.
Abstract
We briefly introduced the SWOT matrix analysis and analyzed the land trust model of Weifang City in Shandong Province, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of land trust in Weifang and the opportunities and challenges, and through the combination of SO, WO, ST, WT four strategies for the development of land trust model to provide some policy recommendations.The results showed that the effect of SWOT for the land trust model analysis is significant, land management should increase government support, improve the cooperative organization system, explore more suitable management models for farmers, to promote win-win cooperation and farmers under the premise of respect farmers wishes.
