摘要
在对瑞典、荷兰有机农业发展情况进行实地考察的基础上,总结了瑞典、荷兰有机农业的发展经验,对海南发展有机农业提出了建议:提高农民发展有机农业的思想意识;完善法律法规的制约作用;加强龙头企业的领航作用;鼓励农业科研人员的积极参与;发挥政府的引导作用.
Abstract
Based on the field investigation of the development of organic agriculture in Sweden and Netherlands, the development experience of their organic agriculture was summarized.The development of organic agriculture in Hainan made recommendations:To improve farmers' awareness of the development of organic agriculture;to improve the constraints of laws and regulations;to strengthen the leading enterprises of the pilot role;to encourage the active participation of agricultural researchers;to play the guiding role of the government.
