摘要
为解决石柱县烤烟C4F等级合格率偏低的难题,进一步满足工业需求,树立良好的品牌特色,通过分析烟叶收购中C4F等级出现的问题,提出了提高C4F等级合格率的对策.一方面要从技术上正确区分烟叶部位,识别烤烟C4F的收购标准,切实掌握C4F分级要点,准确把握收购等级界限;另一方面要及时加强对烟农、收购人员的培训指导力度,因地制宜,创新收购模式,同时加强质量督查,做到奖优罚劣,从而确保C4F等级烤烟收购质量.结果表明:该策略能有效提升C4F等级烤烟收购的等级合格率,减少C4F等级收购质量误差,促进烟叶平稳收购.
Abstract
In order to meet the industrial demand and establish a good brand characteristics, there must be a way to solve the low qualified rate of C4F level in Shizhu County.This study analyzed the problems of C4F level in tobacco purchase and put forward the countermeasures to improve the qualified rate of C4F level: On the one hand, it is necessary to distinguish the tobacco leaves technically, identify the acquisition criteria and classification of tobacco C4F, and accurately grasp the acquisition level.On the other hand, strengthen training and guidance efforts for the farmers and acquirer according to local conditions and innovative acquisition model.At the same time, using the coexistence of reward and punishment supervision to make ensure the quality of C4F level.The results showed that this strategy can effectively improve the pass rate of C4F acquisition level, reduce the quality error of C4F level and promote the smooth acquisition of tobacco.
