泰沂山区苹果生产的投入产出与经济效益分析

摘要
[目的]解决劳动力资源短缺,提高果农收入,探讨泰沂山区传统栽培模式的经济效益.[方法]选取泰沂山区32个有代表性的、常规管理的、盛果期的乔化富士园进行调查,分析投入产出与经济效益.[结果]泰沂山区劳动成本的投入占总成本的63.7%,而劳动生产效率仅为203.4%.[结论]传统栽培模式制约果业经济的发展已经开始显现,该区栽培制度的变革已势在必行.
Abstract
[Objective]To solve the problem of labor shortage ,increase the income of fruit grower, economic benefit of traditional cultivation model was studied at Taiyi Mountain Area.[Method]Input and output and economic benefit of 32 representative, conventionally managed and flourishing Fuji orchards was analyzed at Taiyi Mountain Area.[Result]The labor cost of this area was 63.7% of the total cost.While the efficiency of labor production was only 203.4%.[Conclusion]The traditional cultivation mode restricted the development of fruit industry.The reform of cultivation system must be imperative in this area.
