废弃甘草渣纤维在烟草薄片纸基中的应用

摘要
[目的]探究不同品种甘草渣纤维在烟草薄片纸基中的应用效果.[方法]以喀什市的乌拉尔甘草渣和阿克苏的胀果甘草渣为原料,对其水分、灰分、纤维素、木素、果胶等含量进行分析与对比,初步得出2种甘草渣纤维均适合用来抄造烟草薄片纸基.通过检测2种纸基的厚度、松厚度、紧度、抗张性能,及对其进行感官评吸,考察2种烟草薄片纸基的性能.[结果]由胀果甘草渣抄造的烟草薄片纸基性能更优,且由胀果甘草渣抄造的烟草薄片感官吸味较好,烟气舒适,综合评分86分.[结论]胀果甘草渣更适宜用来抄造烟草薄片纸基.
Abstract
[Objective]To explore the application of different varieties of licorice residue fiber in tobacco leaf paper foundation. [Method]The contents of water, ash, cellulose, lignin and pectin were analyzed and compared with Ural licorice slag and Aksu's swollen licorice slag in Kashgar as raw material. It was found that both licorice slag fibers were suitable to copy the tobacco sheet. By detecting the thickness, loose thickness, tightness, tensile property and sensory evaluation, the properties of the two kinds of tobacco leaf paper foundation were investigated. [Result]It was concluded that the paper-based properties of the tobacco leaf made from the swollen grass were better, paper-making tobacco flakes sensory taste better, flue gas was comfort, comprehensive score was 86 points. [Conclusion]Swollen licorice slag is more suitable for copying tobacco leaf paper base.
