韭菜迟眼蕈蚊的颜色趋性和色板应用技术

摘要
[目的]明确韭菜迟眼蕈蚊的最佳趋性颜色和建立色板应用技术.[方法]采用颜色筛选行为反应法和田间调查法对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊雄虫、雌虫室内颜色趋性和田间色板诱集效果进行评价.[结果]韭菜迟眼蕈蚊雄虫、雌虫均对黑色表现出较强的颜色趋性,与黄色趋性基本一致,显著高于对红色、绿色、蓝色的趋性;色板诱集结果表明,黑板总体诱集效果好于黄板,显著高于蓝板、红板、绿板和白板,同一色板随悬挂高度的增高诱集效果逐渐降低,黑板仅对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊具有较高诱集效果,对其他害虫诱集效果较差.[结论]在利用颜色趋性进行韭菜迟眼蕈蚊诱杀和监测时,应尽量选择黑板,放低悬挂高度,可以获得较好的诱集效果.
Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to clear the best color tropism and establish a color traps application technology to Bradysia odoriphaga. [Method]The response behavior method to different colors and field investigation method were used. [Result]The males and females of Bradysia odoriphaga were all showed high taxis to black, consistent with yellow, and significantly higher than that of red, green and blue. The results of field application showed that the effect trapping of black trap were higher than yellow trap, and significantly higher than blue trap, red trap, green trap and white trap. The trap effects were decreased with the ride height of color traps increase. [Conclusion]Therefore, we use the color taxis of Bradysia odoriphaga on trapping and monitoring, should try to select black trap, lowered ride height, can achieve good effects.
