摘要

内蒙古地区的冬季寒冷干燥,为当地牛舍防寒能力带来了挑战.针对这一问题,提出2种供暖方式:传统的煤炉供暖方式与新型的加热地板供暖方式.以该地区的一所封闭式牛舍为研究对象,借助数值模拟软件进行模拟分析,比较2种供暖方式的速度场与温度场,得出加热地板方式水平面方向温度场更均匀,竖直面方向上温度有一个明显的梯度(下热上冷),可满足牛舍舒适感的要求,并在一定程度上节约能源.根据数值模拟的结果,得到加热地板供暖比传统的煤炉供暖方式有明显的优势,对其传热量进行简单的计算分析,并设计选择热水管道铺设方式,为内蒙古地区的设计施工提供参考.

Abstract

In response to this question, we offer two heating methods, the traditional heating mode of coal stove and the new type of heating floor for Inner Mongolia cold and dry winter, which has brought challenges to the local cowshed cold capacity. We take the closed cattle house in the area as the research object and compare the velocity field and temperature field of two heating modes with the help of Fluent numerical simulation software. The result is that the temperature field of heating floor mode is more uniform in the horizontal direction, and in the vertical plane direction there is an obvious temperature gradient. It meet the comfort requirements of the cowshed and save energy to a certain extent. According to the numerical simulation results, it is obvious that the heating floor method is better than that of the traditional coal stove heating method. And the heat transfer is calculated and analyzed as well as the hot water pipeline laying method is designed for the later construction.
