农作物适用型热雾机的研发和优化

摘要
为将传统用热雾机升级改造应用于农作物病虫害防治,通过分析热雾机工作原理,采用正交试验设计,明确了喷头安装位置在距喷管口23 cm、药箱压力为0.3 kg/cm2、喷药口直径为1.5 mm时效果最佳.同时结合田间操作实际,改造热雾机启动系统和供油系统,开发出农作物适用型热雾机.
Abstract
In order to upgrade the traditional thermal spray machine and apply it to crop diseases and insect pests control, based on analyzing principle of operation, using orthogonal design, it was determined thateffect was the best when the nozzle installation position from the nozzle port was 23 cm, chest pressure was 0.3 kg/cm2, spraying mouth diameter was 1.5 mm. Meanwhile, combined with the field operation, the start system and oil supply system were improved, the applicable type thermal spray machine for crops was developed.
