摘要
构建太湖水域较长时间范围的植被指数全时空数据有助于全面了解太湖蓝藻水华的时空变化特征.以MODIS数据产品MOD13Q1为数据源,构建了太湖水域MODIS-EVI全时空数据,并做了探索性空间数据分析.结果表明,该研究的时空数据获取和分析方法是可行的,对该数据进行经验正交函数分解,能够获得太湖水面EVI典型的空间分布模式.
Abstract
Long time spatio-temperal data set was conductive to a comprehensive understanding of the spatio-temperal characteristics of cyanobacterria bloom in Taihu Lake. Taking the MODIS data product MOD13Q1 as data source, an long time, full grid spatio-temporal MODIS-EVI data set were constructed and analyzed. The results showed that the method described in this paper works well and can be used to obtain the typical spatial patterns of EVI distribution in Taihu Lake.
