摘要
分析了农村资金互助社在发展过程中出现的资金来源不足、制度环境不完善、风险控制不足、管理机制不健全等问题,从制度建设、风险管理、学习机制、民主监督等方面提出了促进农村资金互助社可持续发展的建议.
Abstract
In the development of rural fund cooperatives, rural fund cooperatives appear many problems, such as insufficient funds, imperfect system environment, inadequate risk control and imperfect management mechanism. Based on the analysis of the problems,from the angle of system construction, risk management, learning mechanism, democratic supervision and so on,some suggestions were put forward to promote the sustainable development of rural fund cooperatives.
