摘要
根据食用菌产业供给侧结构性改革对人才的需求,分析了传统食用菌课程教学的不足之处,并从课程教育理念、教学内容、教学方式、考核方式、评价方式等方面进行了创新教学研究,旨在为实现食用菌产业供给侧结构性改革的目标提供智力支持.
Abstract
According to demand of the edible fungi industry supply side structural reform for talents, the deficiencies of the traditional edible fungi course was analyzed. The innovative teaching research was carried out from the aspects of curriculum education concept, teaching content, teaching methods, assessment methods, evaluation mode and so on, so as to provide intellectual support for the goal of the mushroom industry supply side structural reform.
