摘要
为满足地籍管理行业市场对人才的需求和土地管理人才培养的要求,就地籍管理学课程分析了目前在教学过程中存在的问题,提出了对该课程实施教学改革的必要性.同时也指出地籍管理学课程实现教学改革目标的基本思路和途径:即通过对课程内容的补充更新体现学科发展的前沿和进展;进行师资培训以提高综合教学质量,加强实践环节以提升学生创新能力.旨在通过教学改革,为学生营造好的学习氛围,搭建成熟的就业平台,提供过硬的人力资源.
Abstract
To satisfy the trade market of the cadastral management demand for talents and land management talents cultivation, the article analyzes the existing problems in the teaching process of current cadastral management course, and puts forward the necessity of teaching reform. It also points out the basic of thought and way to realize the goal of teaching reform, such as manifests the frontier and progress in the development of this discipline through the course content updates; improve the quality of comprehensive teaching through teacher training and strengthen the practice link in order to enhance students' innovative ability and so on. Through the teaching reform, it can create a good learning atmosphere for students, build a mature platform of employment and provide excellent human resources.
