江苏省大丰地区鸡大肠杆菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验

摘要
[目的]探讨江苏省大丰地区鸡大肠杆菌病的流行情况及耐药情况.[方法]对来自江苏省大丰区不同鸡场疑患大肠杆菌病的237只病鸡,通过病理剖检、细菌分离培养、革兰氏染色、镜检和生化试验等对致病菌进行分离与鉴定,然后对鉴定的大肠杆菌进行血清型定型,并对定型的大肠杆菌进行药敏试验.[结果]共分离到218株大肠杆菌;通过血清学鉴定,获得11个血清型,其中52株为O88,44株为O18,32株为O1,21株为O2,12株为O35,9株为O81,8株为O115,5株为O78,O11、O26、O114各1株,另有32株没有定型.对定型的186株大肠杆菌进行药敏试验,结果发现其对大多数抗菌药物耐药,但硫酸黏菌素、头孢噻呋、头孢噻肟、卡那霉素、氧氟沙星和新霉素高度敏感.[结论]研究结果可为制备大肠杆菌自家疫苗奠定基础.
Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the epidemic situations and drug resistance of chicken colibacillosis in Dafeng Region of Jiangsu Province.[Method]237 diseased chicken suspected to be infected with Escherichia coli from different chicken farms in Dafeng Region of Jiangsu Province were taken to make pathological autopsy,bacterial isolation and culture, Gram staining microscopy and biochemical tests.The pathogen were isolated and identified.And the serotype identification was made on the identified strains of E.coli and the drug sensitivity test was made.[Result]218 strains of E.coli were isolated.Through serotype identification,11 serotypes were obtained, including O88(52 strains),O18(44 strains),O1(32 strains),O2(21 strains),O35(12 strains),O81(9 strains),O115(8 strains),O78(5 strains),O11(1 strain),O26(1 strain),O114(1 strain).Other 32 strains were not serotyped.Drug sensitivity test was made on 186 serotyped strains of E.coli, the results showed that they were resistant to most of antibacterial drugs,but they were highly sensitive to colistin sulfate,ceftiofur,cefotaxime,kanamycin,ofloxacin and neomycin.[Conclusion]The research results can lay the foundation for preparing self-made vaccine for E.coli.
