[目的]研究施用NEB对重茬地黄生长发育及有效成分的影响.[方法]通过对重茬地黄出苗率、保苗率、单支重量及平均窝重、根茎是否膨大、梓醇含量的测定,分析NEB对重茬地黄生长发育及有效成分的影响.[结果]施用NEB能有效提高地黄出苗率、保苗率,有效防止地黄死苗;提高有效成分梓醇含量.相比对照,低浓度NEB(3 000 mL/袋兑水)对地黄平均每窝重量和根茎膨大影响显著,解决了连作障碍导致地黄块根不膨大的问题.[结论]施用NEB可作为解决重茬病害的有效途径.
Effect of NEB on Growth and Effective Components of Continuous Cropping Rehmannia glutinosa
[Objective]The research aimed to study the effects of NEB on the growth and effective components of continuous cropping Rehmannia glutinosa.[Method]The effects of NEB on the growth and effective components of continuous cropping Rehmannia glutinosa were studied by measuring the germination rate, survival rate,single weight and average litter weight, root swelling and catalpol content.[Result]The application of NEB could effectively improve the germination rate and seedling rate of Rehmannia glutinosa,effectively prevent the death of seedling;improve the effective composition content of catalpol.Compared to the control, low concentration of NEB (3 000 mL/bags against the water) on average per litter weight and rhizome enlargement of Rehmannia glutinosa effect, solve the continuous cropping obstacle cause root tuber not inflated the problem.[Conclusion]The application of NEB can be used as the effective way to solve the replant disease.
