摘要
[目的]明确深圳福田红树林海榄雌瘤斑螟的形态特征及为害情况.[方法]2014年4月至2015年3月,在深圳福田红树林自然保护区设置4个监测样带(沙嘴码头、凤塘河口、观鸟亭、基围鱼塘),调查海榄雌瘤斑螟对白骨壤的为害情况,并通过室内饲养观察海榄雌瘤斑螟卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫的形态特征.[结果]海榄雌瘤斑螟为害白骨壤嫩梢、叶片和果实;白骨壤嫩梢、叶片和果实受害率大小为:嫩梢受害率>叶片受害率>果实受害率,嫩梢和叶片的受害率均在5月上旬至7月中旬出现高峰期,嫩梢受害率最高达100%,叶片受害率最高达55.2%;7月下旬至9月上旬,海榄雌瘤斑螟幼虫蛀入果实为害.[结论]调查结果为海榄雌瘤斑螟的防治提供了理论依据.
Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to clear the morphology of Acrobasis sp.and damage situation in Futian mangrove reserve of Shenzhen.[Method]From April 2014 to March 2015, we established four observation groups in Futian mangrove forest of Shenzhen, including Shazui wharf, Fengtang estuary,bird-watching pavilion and Jiwei fish pond, studied the damage situation of Ptyomaxia sp.to Avicennia marina, and observed morphological characteristics about Ptyomaxia sp.during egg, larva, pupae and adult stages.[Result]Ptyomaxia sp.damaged shoots, leaves and fruits of Avicennia marina.The damage situation was in order of shoots>leaves>fruits.The harm occurrence about shoots and leaves had the peak in early May and mid-July.The harm rate in shoots was up to 100%.The harm rate in leaves was up to 55.2%.From late July to early September, Ptyomaxia sp.damaged fruits.[Conclusion]The investigation results provide theoretical basis for the control of Ptyomaxia sp..
