上海市农村居民点整治现状及发展变迁

摘要
分析了上海市农村居民点现状:上海农村建设用地总量规模大,人均建设用地面积大,居民点布局分散,土地使用效率低下,公共服务和基础设施配套水平低,村庄总体发展滞后于城镇化进程,不均衡和不协调现象比较突出.近30年上海市农村居民点整治变迁分为迁村并点、镇区集中、多元化3个阶段,对各整治模式进行了分析.
Abstract
The present state of rural residential land in Shanghai were analyzed:Large total rural construction land scale in Shanghai, large per capita construction land area, scattered layout of residential area, low land use efficiency, low level of public services and infrastructure supporting;overall development lags behind the village urbanization, uneven and not harmonious phenomenon more prominently.Nearly 30 years of rural residential areas in Shanghai were divided into village relocation and point,the town focused,diversfied three stages,and the remediation mode were analyzed.
