摘要
概述了我国扶贫开发战略的变迁,列举了多项精准扶贫战略的地方实践,分析了扶贫开发战略的实施绩效及实践困境.在宏观把握精准扶贫战略内在逻辑的前提下,从树立正确精准扶贫理念、兼顾多方精准扶贫主体、构建科学精准扶贫机制、运用多维精准扶贫技术等方面,提出了完善精准扶贫的路径设计.
Abstract
The changes of poverty alleviation and development strategy in China was summarized, the local practice of a number of precision poverty alleviation strategies were list, and the implementation performance and practical difficulties of poverty alleviation and development strategy were analyzed.Under the premise of grasping the inherent logic of the strategy of precision poverty alleviation, the path design of perfect poverty alleviation was put forward from the aspects of establishing the correct and accurate poverty alleviation concept, taking into account the multi-disciplinary poverty alleviation subject, constructing the scientific precision poverty alleviation mechanism and using the multi-dimensional precision poverty alleviation technology.
