北疆小麦供给侧结构性改革中存在的问题及发展对策

摘要
通过调查研究,对北疆小麦产业发展现状、存在的问题和短板进行了归纳分析,按照农业供给侧的要求,从品种、质量、加工、销售和政策扶持方面针对性地提出相应政策,提升小麦产业竞争力,推进北疆小麦供给侧结构性改革.
Abstract
Through investigation and research,the development status,problems and short board of wheat industry development in Northern Xinjiang were summarized and analyzed.In accordance with the requirements of the agricultural supply side, the corresponding policies were put forward in terms of varieties, quality, processing, sales and policy support to enhance the competitiveness of the wheat industry, so as to promote the structural reform of the wheat supply side in Northern Xinjiang.
