摘要

为了更吻合食品包装学课程的定位,提高学生学习兴趣和实践创新能力,提出基于课堂-实践创新模式的若干教学方法,主张改革教学内容和考试考核方法,并且以食品工厂及中试基地实地参观操作辅助课堂教学,以期加深食品相关专业学生对食品包装学科的理解及热爱,提高学生的实践创新能力.

Abstract

In order to better conform to the orientation of food packaging course, and improve students' learning interest and practical innovation ability, some teaching methods based on classroom-practice innovation model are put forward, which advocates reforming the teaching contents and examination methods, and taking site visits and operations in food factories and pilot sites to assist classroom instruction.In order to deepen the understanding of the food packaging discipline and the love of the subject, improve the practical innovation ability of the students majoring in food.
