摘要

[目的]筛选增殖DCPV的替代寄主.[方法]利用DCPV感染斜纹夜蛾筛选增殖DCPV的替代寄主,并用人工饲料开展规模饲养.[结果]斜纹夜蛾对DCPV敏感且Pl-DCPV产量高,DCPV对斜纹夜蛾的LC50为3.39×105 PIB/mL,利用斜纹夜蛾增殖的Pl-DCPV平均增殖量为2.01×108 PIB/头,Pl-DCPV对松毛虫的LC50为1.45×106 PIB/mL,略低于DCPV对松毛虫的LC50(3.86×105 PIB/mL).[结论]综合分析,斜纹夜蛾可作为增殖DCPV的合适寄主.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to screen alternate hosts for DCPV proliferation.[Method] We infected Prodenia litur by DCPV to screen alternate hosts for DCPV proliferation,and carried out scale breeding by using artificial feed.[Result] Prodenia litur was sensitive to DCPV,and had high yield of Pl-DCPV.The LC50 of DCPV to Prodenia litur was 3.39×105 PIB/mL,and the average proliferation yield of Pl-DCPV by using Prodenia litur was 2.01×108 PIB per insect.The LC50 of Pl-DCPV to Dendrolimus was 1.45×106 PIB/mL,which was slightly lower than that of DCPV to Dendrolimus (3.86×105 PIB/mL).[Conclusion] Comprehensive analysis,Prodenia litur could be used as suitable alternate hosts for DCPV proliferation.
