摘要
[目的]研究不同激素处理对状元红扦插繁殖的影响.[方法]采用不同质量浓度(0、50、100、150、200、250 mg/L)的植物激素NAA或IBA浸泡状元红插穗;并在固定浓度的条件下分别浸泡0、1、10、30、60、120 min,然后进行扦插,比较NAA或IBA在不同浓度、不同浸泡时间对状元红扦插生根的影响.[结果]NAA或IBA浓度在100~200 mg/L时明显促进状元红生根;浸泡30~60 min能有效地促进状元红插穗生根和壮苗.[结论]该研究可为状元红的人工繁殖提供参考.
Abstract
[Objective]Effect of different phytohormone treatments on Clerodendrum japonicum cuttings was studied.[Method]The C.japonicum cuttings were soaked by different concentrations of NAA or IBA(0,50,100,150,200,250 mg/L),the soaking time was set(0,1,10,30,60,120 min) under the same hormone concentration,the effect of different concentrations of NAA or IBA(0,50,100,150,200,250 mg/L) and soaking time on rooting of C.japonicum were compared.[Result]100-200 mg/L of NAA or IBA and soaking 30-60 min are suitable to be applied to cuttings propagation of Clerodendrum japonicum.[Conclusion]The resaerch can give reference for artificial propagation of Clerodendrum japonicum.
