概述了望谟县的地理条件与气候状况,分析了该地洪水频发的原因,并从民生、农业、林业、水利、建设方面提出了相关环境保护措施.
Abstract
The geographical conditions and climatic condition of Wangmo County was outlined,the causes of frequent floods in the area were analyzed,relevant environmental protection measures were put forward in terms of people''s livelihood,agriculture,forestry,water conservancy and construction.
