摘要

[目的]建立一种快速鉴别一些易混淆的珍稀红木家具的方法.[方法]选择奥氏黄檀、刺猬紫檀、大果紫檀和非洲紫檀4种珍稀木材制作的红木家具,使用便携式光谱仪采集光谱,并进行预处理,建立初始模型.采用不同特征波长提取方法,提取有效信息后,利用SIMCA、PLS-DA建立红木鉴别模型.[结果]不同树种谱线形状类似,近红外光谱吸收强度不同.4种家具在SIMCA的校正集和验证集中的识别率均在92%以上,拒绝率高于98%;PLS-DA模型中识别率和拒绝率成效显著.[结论]采用近红外光谱对红木家具类别进行鉴别是可行的.

Abstract

[Objective]To establish a method for rapid identification of some easily confused rare mahogany furniture.[Method]Choosing Dalbergia oliveri,Pterocarpus erinaceus,Pterocarpus macrocarpus,Pterocarpus soyauxii 4 rare wood mahogany furniture,using a portable spectrometer and spectral acquisition,and preprocessing,the initial model was built.After extracting effective information by using different characteristic wavelengths,a redwood identification model was established by using SIMCA and PLS-DA.[Result]The spectral lines of different tree species were similar,and the absorption intensities of near infrared spectra were different.In the SIMCA model,the recognition rate of 4 kinds of furniture in the positive set and the verification section was above 92%,and the rejection rate was higher than 98%.The recognition rate and rejection rate were significant in PLS-DA model.[Conclusion]It is feasible to differentiate the rosewood furniture by near infrared spectroscopy.
