摘要
2016年6月30日-7月6日湖北省出现梅雨期的第4轮强降水,是入梅以来最强的降水过程,此轮降水高强度、影响重.深入分析此次过程预报预警服务、应急联动等环节的工作及效果,认为此次过程预报准确,预警及时,暴雨灾害应急启动早,部门联动响应快,社会媒体高度参与,尽量将暴雨灾害降到最低,赢得了社会各界及广大民众的肯定,可为以后的气象服务提供参考.
Abstract
The fourth round of heavy rainfall in Hubei Province in Meiyu period occurred in June 30-July 6,2016,which was the strongest precipitation process since the Meiyu onset,this round precipitation was high strength and heavy impact.The work and the effect of forecasting early warning services,emergency linkage and other aspects of this process was analyzed in depth,the results were as followed:the process of forecasting accurate,timely early warning,rainstorm disaster emergency early start,the department linkage response fast,social media highly involved,as far as possible to minimize the storm disaster,won the community and the general public affirmation,which provide a reference for future meteorological services.
