摘要
依据陕西省农用地(耕地)分等成果中的利用等评价成果,辅以面积加权平均法,分析陕西省近年来耕地质量现状和演变趋势,并根据《陕西省土地利用总体规划》(2006-2020年)中2020年耕地保有量指标,应用利用等别赋值的替代方法,预测2020年陕西省耕地利用质量.结果表明:总体来说,陕西省耕地质量现状不高,处于全国平均水平之下,2005-2009年陕西省耕地质量大幅下降,2009年之后小幅下降但整体稳定;粗略估计到2020年陕西省耕地利用质量会在现状的基础上稳中趋好.
Abstract
The cultivated land quality and the trend of Shaanxi Province was investigated based on the evaluation results of cultivated land classification and the method of the area weighted average.The cultivated land quality in 2020 had been predicted according to the index of cultivated land quantity in General Land Use Planning in Shaanxi Province(2006-2020) and an alternative method of utilization grade valuation.The results showed that the situation of cultivated land utilization in Shaanxi Province was poor and under the national average level.The quality of cultivated land in Shaanxi Province declined sharply from 2005 to 2009 and keep stable after 2009.It is estimated that the quality of cultivated land utilization in Shaanxi will stabilize and improve on the basis of present situation by 2020.
