新建工业园区土地集约利用程度评价——以黔西县岔白工业园区为例

摘要
根据黔西县岔白工业园区的特点,建立了一套符合该园区实际情况且科学可行的评价指标体系,采用特尔斐法和理想值比例推算法进行指标权重及理想值的确定.结果表明,截至评价时点2015年底,黔西县岔白工业园区的土地集约度综合值为80.67分,在土地集约利用等级体系中属于中等水平,但是其中用地结构状况还有待提高.研究成果可为黔西县岔白工业园区的土地合理规划提供参考.
Abstract
According to the characteristics of the Chabai Industrial Park in Qianxi County,a set of evaluation index system which conforms to the actual situation of the park and scientifically feasible was constructed.The weights of indicators and the determination of ideal value were carried out by the method of Delphi and the proportional projection of ideal value.The results showed that the comprehensive value of land intensive degree of Chabai Industrial Park in Qianxi County was 80.67 points in 2015,and it was moderate in the hierarchical system of land intensive use,but the land structure was still to be improved.The results could provide an effective reference for the rational planning of land in Chabai Industrial Park in Qianxi County.
